Reiki is an intuitive, non-denominational form of energy work, or as Andrea likes to say, “unconditional love with intention”. You’ll remain fully clothed while you relax on a cushy massage table with optional heat. Recipients report feeling incredibly relaxed following their reiki sessions; try one as an add on if you feel like some extra relaxation could do you good!
